Sustainable contemporary fashion brand
Nansuhka
has teamed up with Liberty to launch an exclusive autumn/winter 2018 capsule collection using Liberty's fabric. The creative director and founder of the Hungarian-based brand Sandra Sandor drew references from the 80s moves, Americana, The Wild West & Eastern Culture for the collection by reimaging her street style best-loved ski-wear puffer coats using Liberty Fabrics such as the dark floral'Elizabeth' and the blush-tone pink and plum 'Mortimer' print. Sandra and the womenswear buying team at Liberty's worked closely in selecting the two prints from theDepartment Store archives of forty-five thousand and more prints.
The limited edition comes in a three-piece collection and will debut at the store as a three-week pop-up event till October 22. The pop-up space will be transformed into the same resemblance as the Nanushka's flagship store in Budapest having detailed elements such as galvanized steel, velvet and custom-built mirror that aims to create an “evocative, eclectic but harmonious feel.''
The collaborative (Liberty X Nanushka) puffer jackets are price tagged each for £505
