Sustainable Fashion | S/S '18 | Collection

With their autumn/winter 2018 collection titled ''Utopia/Dystopia''
turning heads during New York Fashion, Abbas Rosborough
is back again with its Spring/Summer 2018 campaign which centres on embarking and drawing awareness to global warming happening now. The Spring/Summer '18 collection 'HYPEROBJECT'
comes in coats, flight jackets, desert shirt, Ankara pants, t-shirts which use a limited edition canvas print by photographer Justin Brice Guariglia
and this is turned into a melting sea ice to bring climate change into the forefront of fashion. Sticking to their eco-fashion aesthetics, the whole collection is made of 80 percent upcycled merchandise fabrics and natural materials such as hemp. It is also worthy to note that all the collections are New York made.
The campaign comes with a video infused with some essential facts about global warming. Facts like ...''“without change, scientists predict the extinction of polar bears, elephants, chimpanzees, tigers and gorillas within the next 40 years”.
