Saint Laurent Spring/Summer 2019 Debut Menswear Show From Anthony Vaccarello

This is Anthony Vaccarello's first ever menswear collection for Saint Laurent since he took over at the creative director of Saint Laurent in 2016. The show which took place in New York showcased a one hundred per cent men's collection. A collection that pretty much looked the same as the Hedi Slimane. The similarities could be seen from pieces such as skinny jeans, flimsy shirts, Cuban heels, tuxedo jackets.etc. Well, one can say this might be the signature look for the Parisian based fashion house rather than the vision of his predecessor Slimane. That goes on to explains why the Anthony Vaccarello stated... ''I didn't want to invent things'' after the show.
