Masayuki Ino Of 'DOUBLET' Wins 2018 LVMH Prize!

'It was a surprise to win' said the winner of this year's LVMH Japanese designer Masayuki Ino.
The designer was awarded 300,000 Euros alongside a year's mentoring. Masayuki Ino whose brand name is ''DOUBLET'' is known for his innovative formats and is dubbed the new Issey Miyake in the way he deals and treats his fabric and clothes.
The jury of the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers that includes eight artistic directors from Houses of the LVMH group – J.W. Anderson (Loewe), Maria Grazia Chiuri (Dior), Nicolas Ghesquière (Louis Vuitton), Marc Jacobs (Marc Jacobs), Clare Waight Keller (Givenchy), Karl Lagerfeld (Fendi), Humberto Leon et Carol Lim (Kenzo) – as well as Delphine Arnault (Executive Vice-President of Louis Vuitton), Jean-Paul Claverie (advisor to Bernard Arnault) and Sidney Toledano (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LVMH Fashion Group).
