Jaden Smith & G-Star RAW On Sustainable Denim

Jaden Smith is in bed with G-star RAW  to create a capsule collection this coming fall 2018 and the whole collection will be sustainable. This collaboration means Jaden and G-star will be working together to create the next level of sustainable denim design and innovation. Sustainability has always been the  ethos and part of G-star Raw and we have witnessed various collections created by Pharrell Williams such as the 'RAW FOR THE PLANET' collection and  the most recent one 'MOST SUSTAINABLE JEANS' which was in launched in February last month. 

This collaboration is perfect for the young artist as we know  sustainability is something he holds dear to his heart hence his 'JUST WATER' initiative.  Jaden explains his reason for partnering with the sustainable denim brand  “After talking to Pharrell and G-Star, I realized we all feel the same urgency and a great opportunity at the same time to delve deeper into what a sustainable garment, denim or otherwise, should accomplish. I believe this collab is a great step that brings us closer to where we want to be.”
