HARRI GEORGIO & SUN SUN Premiere New Single "Rudeboy Sound"

After the first listen ROUGH ONLINE knew that they had to be front of the line in premiering one of the best Urban collaborations we have heard all year, in the form of “Rudeboy Sound” by experimental Dance wizards Harri Georgio and SunSun, who together have used this opportunity to show off some of their production skills by fusing many different genres in order to release one of this summer’s best club tracks. Opening with a Reggae rhythm guitar over a heavy Drumstep beat, together throwing you back to Knife Party’s crazy 2012 track “Bonfire,” you know you’re going to be in for a treat. The lead vocal could easily be labelled as “the male equivalent of Katy B” because of his use of phrasing and polished Pop vocals, while his accomplice delivers a slick Rap performance, specifically post-second chorus where his tone becomes reminiscent of UK sensation Tinie Tempah.

However, Georgio and SunSun’s new single would not be the same without its’ catchy hook singing “we got that rudeboy sound,” over a first-class Drum N’ Bass beat that, despite the genre’s traditional production which can sometimes move into darker territory, still remains bright and uplifting right up to its’ finale, via the use of trumpets performed in the chorus sections which also keeps this summer vibe going nicely.
