One of London's relevant contemporary fashion brands WHAT WE WEAR
has teamed up with Amsterdam-based brand DAILY PAPER to collaborate on a debut collection which being launched tomorrow Friday 12th, 2018 both online (Daily Papers online store) and their pop-up store in Shoreditch. The collection draws inspiration from the ideology of utility and body-armor like clothing used to conceal and protect.
The project stems from the notion of facing danger in combat, whether in the real or science-fiction worlds. There are a lot of standout pieces such as the army -style bombers with sartorial stripes and heat reactive elements gradually blending from grey to neon orange with temperature change, a nod to army flight bombers.
